Our commitment extends to delivering compassionate, accessible, and high-quality care, encompassing contraception, safe abortion, and essential post-abortion services.
With a dedicated team of approximately 10,000 professionals operating in 36 countries, MSI thrives on locally-led, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented teams. These teams are deeply passionate about providing superior, client-centered care within their communities. As a social enterprise, we emphasize sustainable delivery, operational efficiency, and robust funding models to ensure that the women and girls we serve today can continue to access choices in the future.
We understand the profound, life-changing impact of reproductive choice. For many, it unlocks opportunities for education and career advancement. For others, it enables them to better care for their existing families. Ultimately, it empowers individuals with the freedom to shape their own destinies, contributing to a more equitable world.
MSI is seeking a highly skilled Global SBC Manager to spearhead the strategy and implementation of best practices in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC). It also entails coordinating and documenting internal best practices, alongside adapting successful external examples and resources.
Initially, this position will lend critical support to Gates-funded bilateral projects in Ethiopia and Nigeria, as well as other donor-supported SBC initiatives across Anglophone Africa and Asia.
The Global SBC Manager will report to the Senior Global SBC Manager and will collaborate closely with members of the global marketing, regional, and donor management teams.

Our core values serve as our compass, guiding our actions and interactions. They define our approach to work, our relationships with colleagues, and our unity as ‘One MSI’. It is imperative that team members genuinely embody and consistently demonstrate these values in all aspects of their professional conduct.
We actively recruit talented, dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds who share our mission and are dedicated to achieving measurable outcomes. As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully. We value open-mindedness, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, alongside a steadfast commitment to promoting equality and safeguarding the well-being of both our team members and clients.
We are looking for exceptional communicators who are self-motivated, driven by solutions, and aligned with MSI’s mission and entrepreneurial spirit.
